Awards for the Heroes of the Success Story
A total of 44 employees received seniority awards, presented to those who have worked at CANiK for over 15 years, with the message, "We offer our gratitude for being one of the heroes of our success story through your efforts and valuable contributions." The awards were given to 20 employees with 15-19 years of service, 16 employees with 20-24 years of service, and 8 employees with 25 years or more of service. The plaques were presented by H. Zafer Aral, Chairman of the Board of Samsun Yurt Savunma (SYS), and Didem Aral, Board Member responsible for Foreign Trade of CANiK, honoring the employees who have dedicated their years to the company. C. Utku Aral, General Manager of CANiK, also joined CANiK Fest via live connection, sharing in the excitement of the CANiK family.
SYS Chairman Aral spoke at the award ceremony, stating: “When you have been together for so many years, you all become a part of each other. Your perspectives align, and that’s where the strength and success come from. This unity and harmony naturally lead to success.”
Didem Aral, Board Member of CANiK, added: “We are grateful for everything you have done and for walking this path with us. Each and every single one of you is incredibly valuable to us; you are our true heroes.”
105 Children Circumcised Over 3 Years
