As we are on the verge of leaving another year behind, I would like to review the progress of the MECANIK brand in 2023 with you.
As you know, MECANIK currently offers over 650 firearm accessories under the CANiK Global Accessory Program within the CANiK ecosystem. Additionally, MECANIK is active in the tactical and outdoor textile sector with around 100 products, leading in this niche by offering the Advanced Apparel group to our valued users.
In 2023, we experienced significant interest from individual users and institutions in the tactical and outdoor textile field. In fact, we continued to expand our deliveries of tactical clothing as the supplier to many domestic and foreign companies in the defense and aerospace sector. Throughout this process, we never compromised our most important principle of providing the highest possible quality, innovative products to consumers with affordable pricing.
Our unwavering focus on customer satisfaction and world-class service quality were key factors in being chosen by our major institutional clients.
Our store employees were trained regarding the products through CANiK ACADEMY, another CANiK brand, enhancing their skills and knowledge over time.
Quality Service through an Excellent Team
We implement a rigorous control process before a new product, whether textiles, firearm accessories, or anything else, is packaged and shipped to our stores. This process involves all necessary R&D activities, tests, and qualification processes. Information and technical details regarding these products are shared with the entire sales organization by CANiK ACADEMY, along with potential questions from our customers, significantly boosting the product knowledge and effectiveness of our team. This practice continued throughout the year for every new product.
Understanding the customer, accurately identifying their needs, and being able to offer the most suitable product for them are crucial principles for our brand.
We are fully aware of how important these principles are, and consequently, we will continue to work to always be a leader in the industry in 2024 and the following years, consistently striving to convey this in the best way to our customers.
With this in mind, we will soon be with you at the CANiK Showroom, located right next to the CANiK Store in Ankara, displaying products from all group companies within our ecosystem.
