CANiK Academy stormed through the Outdoor Fest

In the Outdoor Fest event held in September 2021, shooting activities were carried out with more than 300 participants on static and dynamic shooting courses, accompanied by experienced trainers of CANiK Academy. Participants who shoot for the first time with experienced academy shooters, were satisfied with their shooting experience and also had the opportunity to learn that the gun is not only a defensive product, but also used for sporting purposes. In the shooting simulations carried out with more than 500 participants, the participants touched the gun for the first time and experienced the shooting by applying the protocols within the framework of general safety rules.
Underlining the proper training
As a result of the data received from the participants during the event;
- Women shooting for the first time scored higher than men and performed above average.
- There was a 1.2 percent difference between the percentage of success of those with shooting experience and the percentage of success of those who shot for the first time. One of the most important factors that “enables conscious firearm users to shoot correctly in one go” was learning the right technique by getting the right training from people trained in this field.
- In addition, when the average score of women with shooting experience and the scores of women who shoot for the first time are compared, firsttime shooters were up to about 5 percent more successful than female participants who had experience with accurate briefings.
