Sniper Country Panama Events with CANiK Team Panama at Club De Tiro Balboa
Sniper Country Panama presented CANiK for the first time in Panama in 2020 and as part of the strategy to make this new brand known, created CANiK Team Panama: An exclusive community of CANiK users focused on home defense and personal, commercial and VIP security.
As the first phase of the CANiK Team Panama program, we carried out presentations and clinics throughout the country in order to publicize the quality of the products and benefits of the brand.
After our training, as Sniper Contry Team, in September 2022, we started the second phase of the program. We organized our first CANiK Team Panama competition, in the beginner category, a family event where we received more than 40 competitors from all over the country. The competitors attended with their family, friends and interested in learning about the brand. A wide variety of models competed from subcompacts to newer Mete series models including SFx Rival users. The participants were evaluated by a total of 250 points with distances between 5 to 25 meters, where the time and precision were qualified, putting their equipment and shooting ability to the test. It is important to mention the growing interest of the female gender and their participation in this type of event that encourages the responsible use of firearms and trains them on the management of their personal security.
The top 3 places in the competition received awards and recognition for their participation and as a token of our gratitude to all our customers, we chose the winner of an TP9 Elite Combat Elven Dagger pistol among all CANiK users.
The focus of all our events is directed primarily at the civilian market, who are the end users of our products and mostly lack shooting training and safety training. All our events are hosted at the Club de Tiro Balboa, which is a non-profit sports organization that supports all our initiatives for the growth and development of the shooting sport. The club president received a recognition from the Team in gratitude for their support of our community.
We are focused on continuing to develop new programs at the national level to promote the growth of the brand in Panama. In 2023 we will have new competition dynamics such as the CANiK Cup that will be awarded to the best shooter of the Team at the national level and the creation of new teams by provinces for competitions between provinces.
It is important to mention the affection that our clients have created towards the brand, as well as the country that produces them. For this reason, we will organize the first CANiK Panama – Türkiye 2023 tour in order to offer the experience of knowing the origin of CANiK to a small group of users, and include factory tour, introduction of production processes, and CANiK Store tour etc., while enjoying the Turkish culture and the most iconic places in Türkiye.
